Meet a Freak is strictly intended for adults who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

By creating an account, accessing the platform or submitting verification information, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.

Anyone found to be under the age of 18 will be removed from the platform immediately. Accounts suspected of involving a minor may be suspended while the matter is investigated and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

Meet a Freak operates a verification process intended to reduce fake profiles, impersonation, catfishing and other forms of abuse.

Members may be required to provide a live photograph of a valid government-issued identification document and a live photograph of themselves holding that same identification.

Couple profiles may require both individuals represented by the account to complete verification.

Verification does not constitute a guarantee of a person's character, intentions, honesty, safety or future behaviour. Every member remains responsible for exercising reasonable judgment and due diligence when communicating with or meeting another person.

Meet a Freak may refuse, pause, reject or revoke verification when information appears inconsistent, misleading, fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise raises legitimate safety concerns.

Members must provide truthful information when creating and maintaining an account.

You may use a display name instead of your legal name publicly, but you must not impersonate another person, create a deliberately misleading identity, misrepresent your age, or falsely represent another person's participation in a couple profile.

Profile photographs, descriptions, relationship information, interests and other information must not be intentionally misleading.

Meet a Freak may request additional information or verification where necessary to investigate suspected impersonation or fraudulent activity.

Consent is fundamental to participation on Meet a Freak.

A match, message, conversation, photograph, previous encounter or prior sexual activity does not create an obligation for any person to participate in sexual activity, continue communicating, meet in person or provide additional content.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Members must respect boundaries, refusals, blocks, unmatches and requests to stop communicating.

Threats, intimidation, coercion, stalking, blackmail, harassment or attempts to pressure another member into sexual activity are prohibited.

Meet a Freak provides a platform through which adults may discover and communicate with other adults. Meet a Freak is not present at, responsible for, or a participant in meetings arranged between members.

Members are strongly encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before meeting another person.

Consider having voice or video calls before meeting, meeting in a public place initially, telling a trusted person where you are going and arranging your own transportation.

Members are responsible for decisions they make concerning in-person meetings, sexual activity and information they choose to disclose to another person.

Safer-sex practices and appropriate protection are strongly encouraged.

Meet a Freak encourages members to limit unnecessary disclosure of identifying information.

Do not disclose sensitive information such as your home address, workplace, financial information, banking credentials, passwords or other information that could unnecessarily expose your identity or location.

Members may wish to use a separate telephone number or other communication method when interacting with people first met through the platform.

Before sharing photographs or videos, consider whether they reveal identifying information such as your residence, vehicle registration, workplace, documents, uniforms, distinctive tattoos or other identifying features.

Members should only share photographs, videos or other intimate content that they are comfortable choosing to share.

Once content is shared with another person, Meet a Freak cannot guarantee that the recipient will not save, copy, screenshot, record, redistribute or otherwise misuse that content.

You must not publish, distribute, threaten to distribute or misuse another person's private or intimate content without that person's permission.

Members should immediately report suspected exploitation, blackmail, threats or non-consensual sharing of intimate material.

You may not use Meet a Freak to engage in or facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or dangerous conduct.

Prohibited activity includes, without limitation:

• Creating or operating an account for a person under 18.
• Impersonating another person.
• Submitting false identification.
• Catfishing or deliberately misleading other members.
• Harassment, stalking, intimidation or threats.
• Sexual coercion or non-consensual activity.
• Blackmail or extortion.
• Fraud, scams or attempts to obtain money dishonestly.
• Sharing another person's intimate material without permission.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using the platform to distribute malware or malicious links.
• Using another person's verification documents or identity.
• Circumventing a suspension, ban, block or safety restriction.

Members are encouraged to report suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, threatening or dangerous behaviour to Meet a Freak.

Reports may result in account review, temporary restriction, requests for additional verification, suspension or permanent removal.

Where a member believes a crime has occurred or that someone is in immediate danger, the member should contact the appropriate law enforcement or emergency authority.

Meet a Freak may preserve information and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.

Meet a Freak reserves the right to restrict, suspend, investigate or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms, platform rules or safety requirements have been violated.

Serious safety concerns may result in immediate restriction while an investigation is conducted.

Members must not create another account for the purpose of circumventing a suspension or permanent ban.

A match indicates mutual interest within the platform. It does not represent consent to sexual activity, permission to contact a person outside the platform, or any promise that a meeting will occur.

Members may unmatch, block or report another member at any time.

Repeated attempts to contact someone after they have clearly asked for communication to stop may result in account action.

You remain responsible for content you submit to Meet a Freak, including profile information, photographs, messages and other material.

You must have the right to upload or share any content you submit.

By posting public profile content, you grant Meet a Freak the limited permission necessary to host, display, process and deliver that content as part of operating the platform.

Verification documents are not considered public profile content and are handled separately for verification and safety purposes.

Our collection and processing of personal information is described further in the Meet a Freak Privacy Policy.

Certain information provided for verification, including identification documents and verification photographs, may be more sensitive than ordinary profile information and will not be displayed as part of your public dating profile.

Members should review the Privacy Policy before submitting verification information.

Meet a Freak takes reasonable measures intended to reduce fake profiles and abuse; however, no verification or moderation system can guarantee that every statement made by a member is accurate or that every member will behave safely.

Members must continue to exercise independent judgment when deciding whether to communicate with, trust or meet another person.

We may change, update, suspend or discontinue features of Meet a Freak as the platform develops.

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

These Terms may be updated as Meet a Freak develops, introduces new features or changes its safety and operational requirements.

Where appropriate, members may be asked to accept updated Terms before continuing to use the platform.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply under applicable law.

This section should be reviewed together with the final legal and corporate structure of Meet a Freak before commercial launch.
